House Rules are simple: No pets/No parties or events/No loud music/No Marijuana inside. Smoking allowed outside. Please review house rules before booking. 7. The property has Security Cameras which cover the front entrance, backyard pool, and patio area. The cameras are only in place as a security measure, and tool to go back to if needed. We truly hope that you will feel comfortable and relaxed when outside, and at the property. We are an extremely busy property management team, and do not monitor guests during their stay unless a violation is received for one of the house rules, or as a safety precaution if informed. 8. We maintain a high cleaning procedure and standard. House is cleaned and aired out after each guest check out, then deep cleaned. 10. Please give our team a 48 hour notice request if you will need an earlier check in or checkout . We will try to coordinate, but cannot guarantee availability. A (2) hour window for check in or checkout will be free, if available. If amount of time over (2) hours fee will apply. Our Airbnb is managed by a property management company. Fanny, Sharon, and Eric are the Host Team. Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable Airbnb for guests to enjoy. Guest access Neighborhood is on .5 acre lot. Two Gates with an entrance from the right gate. No garage. Parking in Circular Drive Way. No more than 6 cars parked. RV parking OK. Other things to note -Schedule pool maintenance: every Friday -Pool is not heated -Trash date is Saturday. When you facing the main house, trash bins are located inside the white fence near the right entrance gate. We have maintenance guy will take the trash bin out on Friday and back on Saturday.
