The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an abundance of counter space. The 5-burner gas stove is built into the kitchen island so you never have to choose between cooking and socializing. The farmhouse dining table seats 8. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
