While you will have complete and private access to the unit including your own back patio, there is also other units (including above) that may or may not be occupied during your stay. The backyard as an amenity is to be considered shared amongst any guests on the property. Walls are shared and there is a unit above. Walking noise is to be expected. The condo is located a short walk to the private Pompano Beach access. Average walking time is 4-5 minutes until your feet hit the sand. You will also find yourself just minutes from The Destin Commons, outlet shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment. Do not be shy to contact us for help. - Should you experience any concerns during your stay, please alert us and we will see that these issues are addressed by our experienced and professional maintenance team or by us, personally. - Events are not permitted in this home or on the premises. Violation of this rule will lead to fines starting at $2,000. - No smoking is permitted in this home. - One car can fit in the designated partially covered parking in driveway. A second car can park directly behind the first. No parking on the street permitted. No trailers or recreational vehicles. - Initial toiletries, dish detergents, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. are supplied, however it is the responsibility of our guests to bring/purchase any additional items needed during the duration of their stay. - We are always improving our homes to ensure the most enjoyable stay possible. Photos may not be reflective of updates to the home happening throughout the year. - Check in and arrival information will be sent 1-2 days prior to arrival. -This is a family friendly community. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation with no refund. - There are bugs in Florida, though we make every attempt to remove wildlife by regular spraying we cannot guarantee or refund if you find pests alive or dead. Damages caused by negligence will be charged to the reservation holder. The refrigerator's freezer space is limited as it is a SMEG; there are 4 ice trays included in the freezer. We always recommend travel insurance for unexpected events that come up.
