Cheerful 3-bedroom Residential Home with Pool

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space This is a single story ranch style family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an attached 2 car garage about the size of 1900 square feet, with an open kitchen, quartz countertops, and backsplash. The open floor plan leads to the family room where you can watch a movie and spend quality time with family. All bedrooms have dual sliding glass doors granting easy access to the backyard that features an in-ground pool and a BBQ with seating area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the other bedrooms have a double bed, one with pull out twin bed. There is a sofa bed in the family room (please follow instructions when converting the sofa bed). The entertainment room has a pool table with a convertible table tennis top, seating couch and couples of card games. You have access to the entire space except a utility closet where we store our cleaning supplies. Guest access This house is located in a family friendly neighborhood where you can take evening walks to the nearby park or bike around on the flat roads. There are couple of hiking trails nearby. It is located in the heart of Rocklin where you can easily access to many shops and restaurants. 7 mins to Westfield Galleria; Walking distance to nearby restaurants and parks; 10 mins to Golfland Sunsplash and outdoor activities, Quarry Park Adventures include zip lining; 20 mins to Folsom Lake , Granite Bay Recreation. 1.5 hrs to famous Truckee Ski Resorts, and Lake Tahoe Recreations. Parking is available in the attached garage, on the drive way, or on the street in front of the house. Other things to note City of Rocklin requires that hosts gather guest information on a registry and retain it for 18 months and have it available for inspection by the City's Director of Community Development, and the Rocklin Police Department. The information required on the registry is: full name, address, vehicle year, make, model, color, license plate, state in which the vehicle is registered, date of arrival and departure, number of guests and amount of rent paid by lodgers for each night of lodging. I will at least need your full name, address, vehicle year, make, model, color, license plate, state in which the vehicle is registered. Please fill in the guest book for this requirement. (PERMIT#: STR2025-0013) Renters may not have more than 6 persons at the house past 10 pm. All parking must be in the garage, driveway or immediately in front of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Please be respectful and understand. Please note that the pool is NOT heated. It is about 7 feet deep on one end and 3 to 4 feet deep on the shallow end. If you have small children, please make sure to lock the sliding doors when children are unattended. There is a pool gate and child fence available near the pool if you would like to put it up for extra safety. We have a pool guy who comes every Wednesday morning to clean the pool and test the water for about 10 to 20 mins. There are trees and plants around our pool, sometimes (in the windy days) debris or leaves may be floating in the pool. We have couples of leaf skimmers available to use and they are located in the backyard near the pump area. We recently added a brand new automatic vacuum pool cleaner in the pool. It works very well to clean out leaves and debris. We love it very much. It's scheduled to run between 12pm - 2pm. If you are swimming during this time, please make sure to turn off the power button at the supply unit next to the receptacle. Please always take out the unit when swimming and grab the handle to take it out of the pool. Do not place the unit directly under the sunlight! Safety instructions/manual is available on the wall. Put it back in the pool when done swimming. Please do not leave pool toys in the pool, the UV and radiation will damage the equipment overtime. Please store them under the cover patio or place them in the original place after you are done swimming for the day. Please take care of the house and treat the furniture, equipment, and amenities with respect. Please use dining area and kitchen counter for eating; No drinking or eating in the beds; No jumping on beds or sofa beds. For safety and energy conservation, please close all the windows, doors, and set the AC/heating on "away" when you leave the house. We have a smart lock with access code, a ring door bell at the front door, and a ring camera at the garage door facing out. We
