Your family and group of friends will have an entire single family (1-story) home in a cul-de-sac all to themselves. The house is next to Desert Mountain Park and adjacent to the sand volleyball courts. We have everything you need. The spa/pool are heated during the colder months. :-) The space Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community close to local schools and parks. Amazing pool with waterfall features, relaxing sitting area overlooking the park and Queen Creek Equestrian Trails... RV parking is also available with its own dedicated outlet. (please provide advance notice) Guest access Comfortable home that provides everything you need to have your next getaway. Over 2600 square feet all to yourselves, including a private pool with a rock waterfall, and large shelf for the smaller kids. There is also a Gas BBQ for your convenience. Guests can literally leave everything except clothes at home. ;-) Guests have access to entire property except the garage, pantry, and master walk-in closet. These spaces will remain locked throughout. Other things to note Pool is serviced weekly usually on Fridays. Landscaping service every other Monday. Please leave pool equipment alone and I will provide instructions on how to operate the different water features and pool heater that you can turn on and off.
