Convenient location just minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and 20 min from all things downtown Austin or the serene countryside, you can enjoy famous outdoor venues, eating and watering holes or just stay home to relax. The property sits on 5 serene and private acres of hill country views but so close to all your conveniences..no long drives! The space House sits on top of a hill of a 5 acre property with beautiful views from the upstairs and downstairs balconies which face east and give the most beautiful sunrises. The occupancy limit for the main house is 8. We also have another listing if you need to accommodate more guests. It’s a 425 sq foot cabin that can sleep another 2 adults. Please ask for availability and listing information if you’re interested. Guest access Guests can use the entire home and outdoor amenities which includes the campfire area with bar, playground for kids, two enclosed yards and plenty of parking for your vehicles. Other things to note We love to host families coming in for weddings and offer access to event information if you are considering a small celebration, reunion or dinner with friends and family at the property. Please inquire about what we can offer your group. We recently added an 8 person hot tub, this incurs an extra fee during your rental. Please ask when booking.
