Beautifully appointed and updated. Durable luxury vinyl plank flooring, with shiplap accents on the walls. Two bedrooms and two full baths downstairs. Primary Bedroom features a King sized bed with ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and there are two Full sized beds upstairs in the loft area. Living area is adjacent to the kitchen area. Kitchen remodeled with all new stainless appliances and completely stocked for your cooking needs. The deck at the front door does have a 4 person table and chairs. The villa does not have a large indoor dining table, it just has the kitchen island barstools (3). Laundry center is in the shed below, with a new washer and dryer. There are 3 decks, with lovely views. The deck adjoining the primary bedroom has 2 chaise lounges and the one upstairs, off the loft, has a large sitting area. There are two full hammocks near the entrance stairs. This villa is near the boat ramp and is an exceptional area for anyone wanting to fish or canoe/kayak while on the island. Amazing views of several species of birds from the villa. **Note, this is an elevated villa and it does require the ability to climb a full set of stairs to the front door. Guest access: Villa accommodates two vehicles comfortably. We supply complimentary beach cruiser bikes. Other things to note Seabrook charges $40 per vehicle pass for the island. Amenity Card is Included and gives you access to all the amenities, some amenities will be at additional charge, such as golf, pickle ball, tennis and equestrian services. Beach Club access is free with our guest card as well as access to the Lake House. Cards must be presented when booking a Tee Time, Tennis/Pickle ball OR entering the Beach Club. Amenity cards are also used to access the island restaurants. Guest access Combination Door Code and "Pass access" through the gated security on to the Island. As your host, I will send you "check in" instructions that will include the door code and a code for the lock box under the outdoor table.
