The space The unit offers a spacious living design for small families, friends, and couples who want to explore the city and return to a home away from home. Other things to note PARKING OPTIONS: 1) FREE street parking requires a GUEST PARKING PERMIT that we can process with advance notice, same day requests may require guests to pay attention to signs to not be ticketed. There is a 2-hour window for parking in our neighborhood. 2nd option, the COVERED PARKING that is off-street parking is $20 per day fee. This Fee charge is separate from booking. Confirmation and Instruction will follow upon guest request. Preferably, advance notice allows the best service. VISITOR PARKING PERMIT - WARNING: Free option for our guests BUT guests must pay attention to street signs, there is street cleaning 9:30am -11:30am on opposite sides of the street (Typically, a Monday or Tuesday). If you are parked on those streets on street cleaning days. Your vehicle must be moved during that time period, or you will be issued a ticket by the city or can be towed if construction is present near cones. You may return after 11:30am to park after the street cleaning. COVERED PARKING: Arrangements must be made in advance to best serve your request. A $20 fee per day/ the full amount will be sent for payment separately upon arrival. EXTRA Guests: there is an additional $25 per extra guest fee per day stay. (Maximum is 5) not including pets. PET FRIENDLY STAY: Prior Approval with HOST is required. > Updated Vaccinations Required >Type of Pet, breed, Weight, and Temperament i.e. Puppy, 5 years old, trained / or people friendly PET FEE: $67 is for small (less 20lbs) to $75 for medium size pets. Large Pet (55lbs or more) Fee is $100 and additional pets will require pre-approval and a refundable deposit ($200)/ a % of the deposit maybe required for additional cleaning. A $500 dollar charge will automatically be charge, if pets are not disclosed during guest stay. We want to make sure the unit is sanitized and clean.
