The main floor has the large eat in kitchen and full updated bathroom with a lovely remodeled walk in shower. This main floor also features a new Ethan Allen queen sofa bed (with an inflatable pillow top). This room has a large ceiling fan and a smart TV. There is a lovely deck off the double slider doors. The outside area deck has been remodeled out of Trex flooring material and has lovely lounge furniture, as well as a gas grill just off the patio. Relax while looking at the golf course. And I believe the 16 or 17th hole. Stunning views. The upstair has another full bathroom with a lovely remodeled bathtub and shower door. The primary bedroom is very comfortable with new Ethan Allen brand primary bedroom furniture with a comfortable king bed. The primary bedroom is flooded with light, and also has pull down shades, as well as a spacious closet. There is a ceiling fan in the primary bedroom and comfy linens. This home is pet friendly, however we work very hard to clean it to the point of not knowing if it is a pet friendly space.
