Be sure to read the signs though, each side is off limits at different times throughout the week for street sweepers! Other things to note The duplex is a historic home and as such is not sound proofed to the standards of modern construction. We have done our best to provide better insulation, by plexi-glassing the bedroom windows and providing noise blocking curtains but it is not a perfect solution. If you are a light sleeper, please consider bringing ear plugs as the prime location of the duplex leads to a decent amount of road traffic! Dogs must be leashed at all times, including in the backyard. There are gaps under the fence where dogs could slip through if left off-leash. We provide doggy bags for cleanup—please pick up after your pet to keep the space clean. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge. Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Please ensure you read through the check in instructions prior to arrival, to ensure a smooth and seamless entry. Check out is any time before 10:00 AM. We provide a basic starter pack of amenities to get your trip started. Please note that the sizing of the duplex will ensure you are close to all your travel companions, and we cannot accommodate more guests, even for a short duration, than the maximum reservation occupancy listed. This cottage is cozy and intended for groups that are the same.  We are available during you stay for anything you need, and we strive to make sure your stay is 5-star worthy!
