Please pay attention to parking and street sweeping signs. Travel Options to NYC: *Bus: NJ Transit stop 3 minute walk away. #159 [express available]-direct 30 to 60 minute ride to NYC Port Authority/42nd Street. Could be more or less depending on bus schedule and time of day. *Ferry: Bus to Weehawken Port Imperial and ferries available to Midtown and Downtown. *Drive: 8 minute drive to GW Bridge NJ Terminal. 13 minute drive (depending on traffic) to NYC GW Bridge Terminal and the 1 train (subway). *Jitney: Regular shuttles/jitneys available in all directions with stops at NJ Transit bus stops. Other things to note Utilities and amenities will vary based on length of stay. No washer dryer is available in unit. Laundromat is a short 5-minute walk away. This is the second floor private unit in a 2 family home. Please be respectful of first floor tenants. No access to driveway or backyard is provided. Heat is central, controlled by thermostat. Please do not turn on thermostat during non-winter months. Window AC units are installed for summer months. Please turn off window AC when not occupying room. Please note, house is a typical older home with its own limitations. If you’re looking for a modern home, this may not be the best option. Some amenities are provided. As a long term stay, guests are expected to bring their own personal amenities including soap, linen, towels, etc. If there is something specific you need, please reach out, and host will try to accommodate if possible.
