The space Built in the 1930’s and fully renovated in 2021, this stunning home offers comfort, beauty, thoughtful accommodations and personal touches for a perfect retreat. Sleeping up to 6 adults, with 2 bedrooms, a pullout couch and 2 bathrooms. Private parking directly on Main St, including an enclosed private garage. Living Space: This stylish and inviting layout features an open floorplan with lots of windows for natural light, a pullout leather couch, comfortable chairs adjacent to one another for visiting, a touch of old with a record player for listening, and space to eat for everyone! Relax and unwind with a flat screen smart TV that offers Netflix, DirectTV with the NFL Sunday Ticket, and high-speed internet for your convenience! Keep comfortable inside and outside by utilizing the A/C or heating system, and our outdoor furniture with a fire pit! You can also hear live music as you enjoy a beautiful evening outside! (For guests concerned about noise, live music is often played directly across the street and can be a very lively atmosphere, although it does stop no later than 10 pm). Kitchen: This beautiful kitchen offers an open shelving concept & every amenity you should need during your stay! Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea and cream. If you’re not eating out at one of the popular local breakfast restaurants or barista’s, prepare your favorite home-cooked meal(s) on a gas stovetop and large island with plenty of counterspace on beautiful white granite. The large island offers additional seating with outlets for charging a phone or laptop. Complete with refrigerator, R/O system, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockpot, pots/pans, dishes, cups, wine glasses, casserole dishes, utensils & basic spices and oils for your stay! Master Suite: This master is complete with a plush, new king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, a large walk-in shower with a floor to ceiling glass divider, private water closet, walk-in closet, flat screen smart TV and electric blinds, creating a perfect sleeping space. Start your day or end your evening on your patio, overlooking a quaint park across the street! Second Bedroom: Equipped with a cozy, new king-sized bed, an electric fireplace, a closet, flat screen smart TV, and a door leading to the main patio where you can enjoy the comforts of the outdoor seating area with the firepit. Second Bathroom: Adjacent to the second bedroom, this bathroom has a shower/tub combo and is beautifully done with a modern carpenter touch. Both bathrooms offer bathrobes and complimentary slippers for ultra-relaxation! Guest access There is exterior private parking on the side and rear of the home, as well as a private garage accessible from the rear.
