The space This beautifully remodeled 5-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and is designed around the way families actually use a vacation home — gathering in the kitchen, spreading out in the backyard, and coming back together for meals and slow evenings. The backyard is the heart of this home: The private heated pool is the anchor, surrounded by two patios — one for shade, one for sun — with lounge seating and a dining area. A large turf area gives kids room to run, play, and burn energy while adults decompress around the grill. An outdoor shower makes transitioning from pool to inside seamless, keeping the whole day flowing without friction. Bikes for adults and kids are available in the garage with safety locks for neighborhood rides and nearby trail access. This is the backyard that makes pool days actually feel like vacation. Inside, the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and great room into one natural gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a full refrigerator and freezer, built-in oven, and microwave — everything needed for slow breakfasts, big family dinners, and everything in between. An eight-seat dining table and island bar with stools keep the group together without crowding the cook. Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire place during your stay! Once the rental agreement is completed and a photo of your ID is uploaded, each guest will receive a unique access code, generated by our automated system, for the front door. This code activates at check-in (4 PM) and deactivates at checkout (10 AM) for a smooth and secure entry process.
