Welcome to Blue Haven Beach Cottage! This professionally designed English cottage is located on the Peninsula Point by the Wedge, a world renowned surfing location. Our cottage offers all the luxuries of a modern home while still feeling like a quaint cottage in the middle of the English countryside. You’ll be in such bliss that you’ll never want to leave this stylish sanctuary...but if you do, golden beaches, countless eateries and chic boutiques are right outside your door. The space ***PLEASE READ***** ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS, PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS. This includes bachelorette/bachelor celebrations, birthday parties, baby showers, etc... No exceptions. Our home is only for a small group that want a relaxing trip in a quiet residential area. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 AT ALL TIMES. Quiet Hours are between 10:00pm - 7:00am. Also, per the City of Newport Beach requirements, you must be over 25 years old. Any violation of our House Rules will result in cancellation of your stay. Guest access There is 1 car garage where you may park your car. If your car does not fit you may also park your car parallel to the garage door so long as you do not extend into the alleyway.
