Our max is 7. If you intend on using the house for a party, gathering, or event, it must be approved prior. Send us a message if you have a special request. If approved, there will be an additional cleaning fee, based on the number of attendees. And seriously, no glitter. We have a firm $250 cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house. This isn’t a party house it’s our home. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house. There’s keyless entry on the front door for easy come-and-go and check-in. Entry points on both sides of the house to the yard are locked for your safety. Other things to note City Sounds: This house resides in a residential neighborhood (Tanglewood Forest), but is located on a main street (Slaughter Ln). Within the house, you will hear light road noise. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart Speaker (which can be instructed to play sleep sounds, such as rain, white noise, etc.) and window coverings. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or use the white noise machines provided. Quiet Hours: We love our neighbors. Please be respectful of them during your stay and note that quiet hours are between 10:00PM-8AM. We are committed to keeping our neighborhood a restful place for you and our neighbors. Do not play loud music outside. Security: For the safety of our guests, we have 4 Eufy video surveillance cameras located outside the property monitoring all the entry points of the house (front door, left and right sides, and back sliding glass door. Each Smart Speaker will be set to guest mode and all searches or usages will be erased. Locked Doors: There are 4 locked doors in the house (the two closets in the primary bedroom, pantry, and door to the garage. These doors are locked for guest security and host privacy.
