Other things to note Pool Heating: The pool is heated to a set point of 85 degrees during the fall, winter, and spring. Please be aware that during colder weather, the actual water temperature may be in the upper 70s or low 80s. The heater is not designed to heat the pool to hot tub temperatures. Pool Safety: The pool area is secured with a proper safety gate. Deck is also equipped with a water safety hook and rescue pole. There is no lifeguard on duty; guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times in and around the water.
