Stylish main floor suite with private entry!

Relax in this private, calm, stylish space on the main floor of our home. Our guests love it! Check out our reviews! We are only minutes from Thanksgiving Point, the Mount Timpanogos Temple, and numerous shopping and dining options. The Murdock Trail is within yards of the front door, where you can walk, bike, or jog miles in either direction. Highland is centrally located between the Salt Lake and Utah valleys, with easy freeway access to Provo, Salt Lake City and all the Wasatch Front. The space This 500+ square foot private guest suite is on the main floor of our home, with a private entrance and off-street parking. This home won the Builder's Choice Award in the 2016 Utah County Parade of Homes, and is nestled in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The guest suite is located on the main floor of our home, but is completely self-contained, including it's own smart thermostat, central air conditioner and furnace. You can control the temperature of the suite independent of the rest of our home. The suite features a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a living room/kitchen with full-sized appliances, a dining table, desk, fold-down couch bed and television. A Pack and Play crib is available by advance request. Relax and enjoy your stay with all the comforts of home, including an Apple TV, Crock Pot, Keurig coffee maker, blender, towels, linens, cooking utensils, and basic staples. If you need to work remotely, a dedicated workspace is available with a motorized standing desk, computer chair, desk lamp and monitor. An Ethernet connection is also available by request. Feel free to use the washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and enjoy the high-speed Internet connection and Wi-Fi. With the Apple TV, you'll be able to watch Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, Amazon Video, or any other service provided on the Apple TV. Guest access Seamlessly check-in with the keypad on the keyless lock. We'll provide you with a key code about a week before you arrive. Feel free to temporarily park in the "circle drive" at the front of the house when you arrive to unload your car straight into the suite. A diagram in the suite shows where to park your car after you have unloaded it. Please do not remain parked in the "circle drive" for long periods of time. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, and additional street parking is available (except when there is snow). Please let us know in advance if you have a special parking requirement such as a moving truck, trailer, etc. Other things to note While our family will also be on the main floor of the house, the suite is private and well insulated and very little sound passes between our kitchen and the suite. We are generally quiet neighbors, but you may occasionally hear us when we walk by the wall, use the vacuum, or have guests in the kitchen with us.
