Bright rooms, easy comfort and a location built for park days make this a natural home base for your Anaheim trip. Everything here is arranged with families in mind, from the colorful living area to the fully stocked kitchen. Location and access You are directly across the street from the Disney Resort, about a 10-minute walk to the Mickey and Friends tram that runs guests to the park gates, and roughly 15 minutes on foot to Downtown Disney. That closeness means you can head back midday for lunch or a nap before returning for the evening show. The Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium and nearby shops and grocery stores, including Target and Costco, are all just minutes away. Living space Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and decorated in playful, colorful style. A Roku-enabled TV makes streaming simple, and the seating area comfortably fits the whole group after a long day out. The dining table, with its bright mismatched chairs, is an easy spot for meals and board games. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes and silverware, and a dining table for sit-down meals. Whether it is a fast breakfast before the parks or a relaxed dinner in, you will find what you need close at hand. Sleeping arrangements The condo sleeps up to 7 guests, including infants, with a maximum of 4 adults, across 2 bedrooms with 3 beds, plus a crib and a floor mattress. A pack n play and high chair are always available, and bedrooms come with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers for your belongings. Bathroom Two and a half bathrooms are provided, stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Outdoor living Step outside to a private patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, ideal for morning coffee or a relaxed dinner. An outdoor playground with play structures gives children a place to burn off extra energy, and guests also have access to a shared pool and hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of walking. Family-friendly features Families will appreciate the crib, pack n play, high chair and outdoor playground included with the home. Premium stroller rentals, in single, double or triple-attachment styles, can be arranged for added convenience, and beach essentials can be requested subject to availability for trips to the Southern California coast. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
