Golf in the morning and watch sunsets on the beach in the evening. Shore Beats Work is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house in an amazing community. Features a full kitchen, 2 queen beds, a set of full-sized bunk beds, and a crib. Washer and dryer included in unit. A golf cart is provided as well for the 3-minute drive to the beach with a private parking area. 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and splash pad are also in the community. Off-street parking. An additional 3% tax charged extra The space We have 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ample closet space and separate bathroom access. It also has a desk and chair as a separate workspace. There is also a wall mounted television. Second bathroom has a queen-sized bed with ample closet space. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full-sized mattresses (COULD accommodate 2 children each or smaller adults). We have a crib available for babies or toddlers. 2 bathrooms- the larger bathroom has the washer and dryer. The second bathroom has a linen closet. Kitchen has ample counter space with extra seating at the island. There is a kitchen table that seats 6 (also a highchair for use). Living room has 2 couches and a comfy chair for relaxing. There is also a wall mounted television. Other things to note Must be at least 25 years old to book! Rental agreement must be completed with a $400 refundable damage deposit. NEW RULE EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2024: In order to access the private beach access with golf cart, the Guest must purchase a key card for $30 through Oceanside Village (one per hang tag). You will receive $10 back once the key card is returned at the end of your stay. ***We have hired a brand new cleaning company that has been exceptional*** There are several games and puzzles for children. We do provide some beach equipment to include sand toys, chairs and umbrella. We are in close proximity to numerous restaurants, and a short drive away from Myrtle Beach activities to include the SkyWheel and Broadway at the Beach. The house is also under 25 minutes from Coastal Carolina University for those interested in catching a game (Go Chants!!!)
