We want you to feel comfortable during your stay, so we've provided complimentary coffee, pastries. Don't worry about forgetting something like toothbrushes, deodorant, face wash, or sunscreen - we got you! EAT Austin has an excellent food scene of course, feel free to reach out for recs! Mini kitchen includes a mini fridge, Kureig, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, single burner. Food prep supplies, also teas, oils, sweeteners and condiments. SLEEP Super comfy King size bed + Twin convertible sofa. ENTERTAIN Netlix, Hulu, disney+ OUTSIDE Southeast facing balcony, full yard access, cowboy/stock tank pool for soaking (not swimming), patio, chicken coop (don't worry, they're on the other side of the yard, but you're welcome to say hello). NEIGHBORHOOD Established neighborhood, large trees and no construction. 10 minutes to the airport 15 minutes to COTA 15 minutes to East or Downtown Austin. 1.5 miles to McKinney Falls State Park Less than 1 mile Onion Creek Metro park with lots of nature trails. CHECK OUT Please pile all of your linens in the basket including pillow cases and towels and leave any dirty dishes on the kitchenette. Guest access Entire suite upstairs, separate keyless entry. Access to main house is blocked from both sides, the closet is locked also. Access to entire yard, and 8 x 2 stock tank pool in warm weather. Other things to note ANIMALS - The Twin Cats - Our two friendly tabby cats will love to say hi but please don't let them inside. This entrance has a spiral staircase.
