Relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the hot tub, grill, and spacious outdoors ten minutes from the strip and airport. We are an easy to get to quiet neighborhood that’s close to all the action with restaurants close by, shopping, & more. Perfect for travelers who need an office space, love to adventure, want to work out, do yoga, get an in-home massage through our connections, or relax after a day of exploring with our 2 kayaks, 2 inflatable paddle boards, or the bikes. The space The space is shared, but we are rarely home and travel often. You’ll often have it to yourself, but not guaranteed. The bedrooms are fully stocked. We have Keriug, and Keriug cups right in your room, along with water, snacks and things like instant oatmeal. We have soft big towel sets for each room, hangers, luggage racks, wide open closets and dressers. TVs have smart access you can enjoy. The living room has cable and smart tv access to several streaming memberships. You can also enjoy the indoor cycle, and various gym equipment we have available. We have a hot tub you can use as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with extras including a juicer, blender, instapot, and food processor. The full bathroom is private and only shared by you and your guests. The master suite is off limits at all times. Our home has yoga mats, yoga trapeze, meditation cushions, weights, 2 indoor cycles, a mountain climber, additional fitness equipment, and a massage table to have an in-home massage. There is an office space in the downstairs main area. Outdoors has seating, a hot tub, a swing chair, a grill and plenty of open space and grass. We have cornhole and other outdoor games to enjoy if you like. We finally have kayaks and paddle boards. If you wish to use them we simply ask for a deposit to ensure they are returned in the same condition. Guest access You can load and unload in front of the home. You will need to park on the street which is free. During your stay Message us anytime of day or night. We respond quickly. If we are not on the property we can have someone there within a couple hours usually. We can also make recommendations, address things on the property. Help you find things. Etc. We want your stay to be easy, comfortable and enjoyable. Other things to note Please be mindful that this is our home. We keep everything in good working condition and take pride in our home. If something unexpectedly doesn't work or you have issues let us know and we will call a repair man. We work on their schedule, not ours. So please be patient as unexpected things do happen. Additionally, we are also quiet people, but we do work at home, we rise early, and we do live there so we will be moving about the house, too, if and when we are home. This is a completely smoke free home. There is no smoking anywhere in our home. Inside or outside please. Thank you for accommodating this.
