Catskills Lake Community Escape near Hudson

Enjoy a getaway in the Catskills in this spacious house in a lake community only 15 minutes from Catskill, 20 minutes from Hudson, and 2.5 hours from New York City. Guests have access to the lake as well as tennis courts, community pools, and other amenities. The space The house was recently renovated, and has dedicated office, kitchen, and dining spaces. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and there is plenty of space in the living room and deck to spend time with friends and family. Guest access Everything except the basement and the garage. Other things to note - Closest access to the lake: 3 minutes by car/12 minutes by walking; closest pool: 3 minutes by car/20 minutes by walking (Unit III Sport Complex) - Both pools in the community are open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. - Please note that our street does not have public access to the lake and guests are NOT permitted to be on neighboring docks, waterfront areas, lawns and properties. - We provide our guests 1 access card to enter community amenities and 5 wristbands which are required to be worn at these amenities (Children under 5 do not need wristbands). If you have more than 5 guests in your group, they can purchase extra wristbands at the community office for $1 per person per day. - Due to concerns about contamination the community does not allow any outside watercraft, including power boats, kayaks, canoes, or floats. - Our cleaning staff requires four hours to prepare the house, so, unless we close off the surrounding days to other guests, we have to follow our standard check-in / check-out times. If available and pre-arranged, guests can pay $129 to block off either the day before or the day after or $229 for both. Unfortunately, due to high demand, we are unable to provide early check-in or late check-out services on Saturdays. - Like many other houses in this community we use a grinder pump in the basement to process waste water. When the tank gets full, it runs for about 30 seconds and is about as loud as a washing machine.
