Great Long Beach Home with Hot Tub

Come fall in love with Long Beach - #LBNYnotCalifornia. Classic Spanish stucco home w deck and hot tub in backyard. 1 bedroom, living room, huge kitchen for cooking. House is 10 minute walk to LIRR and 7 minute walk to beach; about 2 minute walk to bay; 10 minute bike ride to the west end and all it’s great bars and restaurants. Great quiet location but close to EVERYTHING! The space Great centrally located home in Long Beach. The home is equipped with wifi locks for your convenience. The 2 bedroom apartment is nicely appointed with a sectional couch and flatscreen TV in the living room. The indoor dining area is a small mosaic tile table with seating for 4 people. The kitchen has space for anything you might go food shopping for w a very large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. The kitchen has all the necessities and some extras. Coffee maker and grinder, toaster over, microwave, bread maker, etc. The 2 bedrooms are off of the kitchen area and are separated by the shared bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the master bedroom has a king bed which has the backyard deck off of it. Each room has a ceiling fan also Guest access The apartment provides 1 parking space for one car although you might be able to squeeze in 2 small cars. I suggest taking the beach cruisers for a ride down to the beach or to town during the summer Other things to note There isn’t central a/c. I’ve lived in Long Beach for about 20 years and I only really get hot 5-7 days per summer. Open the windows and screened doors and you will get an amazing cross breeze. Sometimes it’s too windy and chilly to keep everything open. It’s usually mid to late august when it is too hot and like i said it’s only a few days max. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans by the way :)
