If you are present at the home on Friday night, please help us pill the trash cans out to the side of street so that trash can be emptied. Please place the trash cans/recycle bins back on Saturday night. If neighbors approach and ask questions, you are not obligated to answer or talk to them. Just tell them that you are the new tenants. Housekeeping is scheduled at 11AM on the day of check out. Turn off all appliances, lights and AC/heater. Close all windows and lock the front door. Place TV remote controls back to where they are. It is $75 a piece if missing. If you, your family and friends plan to visit Las Vegas again in the future. We will provide you discount for booking in any of the houses I managed.
