Villa Highlands Reserve pool/Hot tub near Disney

We are offering to you a gorgeous single story three bedroom fully air conditioned villa with a private pool and Hot tub (Jacuzzi) located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community, 25 minutes away from Disney's maingate and within an hour of other popular Orlando attractions. The space We are offering to you a gorgeous single story three bedroom fully air conditioned villa with a private pool located on the Highlands Reserve Golf community. Our villa has three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two lounges/sitting rooms, a fully-fitted modern kitchen, breakfast nook, a new gaming room and a formal dining area. The villa also has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for our guests to use. The master bedroom has a heavenly king-size bed. There is a sliding glass door leading from the master bedroom to the pool area. The en suite bathroom has both his-and-hers sinks, large shower separate from the bath, and a separate water closet. The second bedroom has a double size bed and the third bedroom has two single twin beds. These bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom. The villa will sleep 6 comfortably. In addition, there is a comfortable queen sofa bed in one of the lounges/sitting rooms and one in the gaming room (this one is a bit old is recommended for kids) adding possibly up to 4 more sleeping places. We have a private 30 foot screened swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The pool area includes a full, width child security fence. There is ample, comfortable pool furniture for the sunbathers. There is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade. We offer Ultra High speed (400Mbps) Wifi internet (enough for multiple simultaneous devices with streaming apps . We have no traditional Cable TV subscription in the house, however we offer an IPTV Television service on the 50" TV in the family room with access to multiple specialty channels (sports, kids, movies ,etc) including traditional US and international channels in various languages. We have over-the-air digital antena for the TV in the master bedroom with local brodcasted channels and all TVs are ''Smart TVs'' with popular applications like Netflix (you must have your own subscriptions) and HDMI connections are available on all TVs for your Fire-stick or Chrome-cast dongle. Other things to note The pool Heater is an optional service, and we charge 35$US/night. We only offer this option for the duration of your stay and it cannot be separated just for the pool or just for the Jacuzzi, it will heat both. The pool heater is set to 87F for the pool and 100F for the Hot Tub (Jacuzzi) . Please note, the performance of the pool heater may be impacted by cold weather and we offer no garantee that it will reach its set temperature (100F) for the Jacuzzi, under such conditions when night temperatures can fall in the low 60s or even below during certain days in the winter. A BBQ can also be added to your reservation for an additional fee . Given the difficulty for us to manage bottles of propane and BBQ cleanings for each guest, we've decided to work with a local BBQ rental company near our villa. If you want to have a BBQ during your stay, we need to know and have it paid at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival so we can reserve it ahead of your arrival. The rates are subject to change, please let us know if you are interested by this option. Average fees, will vary between 125$ and 150$, and we cannot garanty availability until it is being paid and reserved.
