Out back, unwind in a large fenced yard with peaceful views of horses grazing, 2 rear porch swings, 4 rocking chairs on a covered wrap around country porch, and fresh Tennessee air. Many guests call the backyard a “definite plus” and one of their favorite parts of the stay—especially for kids and dogs. Whether you're gathering for a family trip, a friend's retreat, or a relaxing escape with your pets, this farmhouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay! Relax in our peaceful, clean, comfortable farmhouse while enjoying the views of a stable and horses in your backyard! It has a full kitchen stocked with everything you'll need to create home cooked meals, including a crock pot! Dining seating is bountiful, with a formal dining room that seats 6-8 comfortably, and second less formal table to seat 4 at the breakfast nook, and 2 bar stools to dine at the kitchen bar! The large living room has a 60 inch Roku TV, sofa, 2 leather lazy-boy recliners, and a (seasonal) gas fireplace! There are a few live plants sprinkled around the home, and a photo area. Also downstairs is a half bath and one of the twin roll away beds, bedding included. The other living space is upstairs in the open loft area between both upstairs bedrooms, and features a twin daybed with a trundle for an additional guest. The primary bedroom downstairs features a king bed, a personal tv, and with plenty of storage space found in 2 dressers and bedside tables. The spacious primary bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, his and hers sinks, and a private walk in closet that accommodates 2 stackable LG washers/dryers, with space to spare! Upstairs you'll find the open loft space described above, and two bedrooms. One features a queen bed, a personal tv, 2 dressers, a closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, private seating area with chair, and plenty of counter space by the sink. The other bedroom features two closets (one is locked for airbnb storage, the other has the twin rollaway bed with bedding) a full bed, another tv with dvd player and a few kids movies, 2 dressers, a baby crib, and a swivel accent chair for relaxing mothers. It is two stories, but it is FULLY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE with an interior stair lift and an exterior electric ramp for wheelchairs (please contact us when reserving to confirm use of accessible options). Only 30 minutes (plus traffic, you know how that is) from the bustle of Nashville and country music, but nestled in a quiet established neighborhood with a fenced in backyard! Also just minutes (less than 2 miles) from grocery stores, shopping, recreation parks, fishing, and so much more! Only 1 mile away is a brand new Tesla charging station with 11 chargers! (The Pet Stay is $15 per pet/night.) We do have a pet crate policy for this home. When dogs are left unattended we ask that they remain in their crates. We also request that the dogs stay off the furniture and beds. We (and future guests) appreciate your compliance with our pet policy. Guest access You’ll have access to the whole home and backyard! We share the driveway with a horse therapy center/boarding facility behind the home, so the driveway must remain unblocked. Please note there is no access to the farm behind the house without prior permission. There is parking for at least 4 vehicles, and we can accommodate larger ones with special permission, you only need to ask and see what we can accommodate! The home is lovely, and the peace and tranquillity of this family retreat is unmatched in Nashville! Truly a one of a kind home! There is no garage access, as it is used as extra storage for the therapy center owner's personal effects. While the backyard opens to peaceful farm views with horses, the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not an isolated rural property. This balance provides both tranquility and convenience. * Outdoor Conditions:

The home prioritizes comfort, space, and livability. Furnishings are selected for relaxation and durability rather than showroom styling. (Lazy boy recliners aren't everyones beauty taste, but they are comfy!) * Designed for Families & Groups:
This is a home meant for gathering, relaxing, and making memories—not a party house. *You have the whole house to yourself! There is a hall area outside the kitchen door that leads to the garage which is unoccupied, used only for storage of personal effects. It is occasionally used by the groundskeeper (to access the garage), cleaners, and us to drop off random laundry/shopping goodies for future use in the home!
