Private suite with room to sleep up to 6 comfortably. Home is located on 1.5 acres with private guest driveway and entrance, bathroom, full kitchen, wifi, and 55" TV. Bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and large desk. Located 8 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor waterfront, shopping, dining, YMCA, St. Anthony Hospital and Hwy 16. Walk the waterfront or one of many local trails. Recreation: kayak, canoe and SUP rentals, sail boat and gondola tours. Horseshoe Lake public beach and Kopachuck State Park. The space Living room, kitchen and dining area are in a “great room” format. Living room boasts a new 55” smart tv with Roku, Hulu, Disney +, ESPN +, and Prime Video all available. Bedroom is spacious and private with two queen beds. Bathroom is equipped with a large shower, double sink, and toilet. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and most anything you would need including toaster, blender, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, full size refrigerator and oven/cooktop. There is also a laundry room in the suite which is available for stays of five nights or more at no additional charge. For stays of four (4) nights or less we ask for an additional flat fee of $10 for your entire stay. Guest access You have access to the entire guest suite as described as well as the large yard in front of you as you exit the guest suite. We have a laundry room in the suite which is available for stays of four (4) nights or more at no charge. If you would like to use the laundry room during a stay of less than four nights we ask for an additional charge of $10 for the entire stay. You just need to request use of the laundry room and we will send an update though Airbnb for the additional $10 fee. Please let us know if you have any questions. Other things to note Our property has two driveways, you will have one all to yourself on the garage side of our home. We do not use the garage for vehicles so you have use of the entire driveway.
