We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there. The space The apartment is flooded with beautiful light in each room. Available are two bedrooms with two queen size beds, a futon, and a couch in the living room. There are two full bathrooms and a dedicated dining room. The kitchen, fixed with cooking supplies (pots, pans, plates, and spices), is all you need to cook yourself a beautiful meal before hitting the beach or bars. I live here in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there. Guest access Keyless entry using a keypad. I change the code with each new guest so you're promised security. During your stay I live here and am available if my guests need anything.
