Our passion is to host and we have equipped our home to do just that! We are minutes from ASU and a short Uber ride to Sky Harbor Airport, Old town Scottsdale, Downtown Gilbert, Downtown Phx and so much more! Come create unforgettable memories in our beautiful home and take in some AZ sun. The space **Complimentary pool heating & propane tanks for use! This home is a 4 bedroom/2 Bathroom with the rooms consisting of: 1 King Bed(Master) w/ 55” smart TV 1 King Bed w/ 43” smart TV 1 Queen Bed w/ 32” smart TV 1 Queen Bed w/ 32” smart TV Guest Bathroom- Shower and tub combo w/ two sinks. Toothbrushes and razors are provided for your convenience. Equipped with a blow dryer and hair straightener as well. The master bath- Has a full shower, vanity, 2 sinks and a blow dryer. We also provide you with 2 robes to wear during your stay. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. Kitchen- Fully stocked with: -pots/pans, casserole dish, cutting boards, -Ninja blender -Water kettle -Rice Cooker -Crockpot -Cooking Spices -BBQ Utensils -Nespresso and coffee pot: coffee pods, sugar & creamer -Cooking oil Backyard: -Large pool ranging from about 4ft to appx 9ft. -6 person hot tub w, fountain feature -Misting System enclosing the patio -Corn hole -Large sectional couch facing 42” smart TV w/ cable that also rotates to face the spa and pool -Standing ice chest -Propane BBQ Grill -6 person dining table -2 person day bed w/ canopy and 3 loungers Guest access You will have access to the entire home along with the back yard, which is completely accessible and private. There is a side gate behind the shed that encloses a very small area that will be locked. The garage is not accessible to guests. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway as well as free street parking. Other things to note Please note that you will use the pool and Hot Tub at your own risk as there is: -NO lifeguard on duty, you fully acknowledge this when booking and will be responsible for taking safety precautions especially with supervising children. -The pool is not fenced but the door knob leading to the back yard is placed high for an extra security point -Absolutely no glass allowed in the backyard/patio, pool or hot tub Pool Heating: We will have the pool heater on during the end of October through April. *Depending on weather. The pool temp will be set to 80 Degrees. Pool Cleaning & Landscaping: -Our pool tech comes out every Monday around 5:30am. -Our landscaper services our front and back yard every Friday late morning early afternoon. -The Spa Tech checks and services our hot tub Wednesday afternoon. We have very good relationships with our neighbors and the quiet hours after 9pm will be strictly enforced. There are cameras outside of the property that will only monitor the entrances on the premises and are not facing the pool, Hot Tub or patio for your privacy. License Number: STR-000270 TPT#21465165
