BEACH BLISS 2Bedroom/2 Bath condo in Litchfield!

This Seaside Inn condo in Litchfield Resort is your home away from home. There's plenty of space for everyone with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Take a stroll on the paths around the resort and walk 1/2 mile to the private Litchfield Beach. Play tennis/ pickleball or splash and play in the pools. Play golf at one of the many local top-notch courses or just relax and enjoy the South Carolina sun. The space There are 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with things you need to stay in and cook. There is a Starbucks located in the registration building at Litchfield by the Sea so you can just walk over to get your morning coffee! This unit is on the 1st floor so you can either walk up 1 flight of stairs or take the elevator. The sidewalks in the resort are well maintained and it is about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Guest access You get the place to yourselves with a private key code entrance. The unit is in a building with several other condos - each separately owned. You can walk just across the parking lot to the pool complex with lazy river and play area. You also will have access to all the amenities in Litchfield by the Sea with tennis/ pickleball courts, beach parking, rinse off showers, outdoor dining tables and nice walking paths. Other things to note You can rent bikes on the property and walk over for breakfast at Coastal Dish restaurant or to the Deck where there is live music on weekends. (seasonally) Beach chairs are available for guests, but you will need to bring your own beach and pool towels. *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay. *Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
