Welcome to our Beautiful 5 Bed, 5.5 bath Pool/Spa Home in the Gated Community of VistaPark! We are 15 mins to Disney, 5 mins to Shopping and wonderful restaurants. This home is well furnished and has all the necessary things to make your family’s vacation perfect. All Rooms including Bedrooms have smart Tv's Enjoy many lazy days on the screened pool deck, with Large Gas Grill BBQ There is parking for 4 vehicles at this home The Pool and Spa can be heated for $35 per day. The space Where you can relax and hang out: Downstairs is an open plan living area with 2 living Areas. As you walk through the front door, there is a small living sitting area that seats 5 people. Next to that area is the dinning room which seats 8 people. The fully stocked kitchen (Pots, pans, cooking utensils Coffee Machine etc.) is next to the dinning room and overlooks the larger living area with seating for another 5 people. The kitchen also has 2 barstools and the pool patio has extra dinning seating as well. The Pool Deck: The large screened patio with Pool and Spa that will make you want to stay, relax and enjoy every minute of your deserved vacation. Lots of loungers and Table with chairs for those morning coffees, lunches or dinner. PLEASE NOTE: no child safety fence around the pool but there is a pool alarm on the patio doors Where you will sleep: The Downstairs King Master Ensuite (with Walk in Shower, Jetted Garden Tub and Toilet) is next to the large living room and the laundry room is off to the left side. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 King Master Ensuite, 1 Twin Ensuite (2 Twin Beds Walk in Shower, Toilet and Vanity), 1 Queen Room and 1 Twin Room that share a bathroom The King Master and Queen Room share access to the upper Balcony that overlooks the Pool Area The Garage in this home can accommodate 2 vehicles inside the garage and 2 vehicles on the driveway. Pillows, blankets, and linen provided in the bedrooms. We also provide pool towels which are kept in the laundry room. Supplies: This is a self catering home so to help you start off we will provide in EACH bathroom: one roll of high quality toilet paper, 1 small tube of Shampoo, Body Gel and Body Lotion and a bar of soap. In the kitchen -we will leave one roll of towel paper, 3 trash bags, two dish washer tablets, one small hand and dish soap with sponge, Lysol Wipes, Cleaning Spray, Disinfectant and 1 small bottle of Liquid Detergent to wash clothes. When these items are finished, you can replenish at the nearest Walmart which is a 5 minute drive Gas grill is provided for a rental fee of $35 for the entire stay. Guest access Keypad entry into the house. Code will be provided 48hrs before check in. Driveway can hold two cars and the garage can hold two cars. If needed additional cars can be parked at the spare car spaces behind the green wall. You can park on the street 7am to 10pm. Other things to note - If you purchase pool heat, the pool take 7 to 8 hrs to heat up and longer in the cold winter days - Gas Grill rental for your entire stay comes with 1 Propane tank which will have at least quarter tank of gas. If you want a full tank please contact us and we arrange this for you at the cost for a full tank.
