Relax at the Grandview at Las Vegas Resort

I'm sharing my weeks of the beautiful and family friendly Timeshare Resort, The Grandview at Las Vegas.  In addition to the excitement & activities of Las Vegas shows, casinos, & day trips, you may also enjoy the abundance of  activities or just relaxing by the pool.  You will never have a boring moment! The apts are fully equipped . Weeks are from Sat. to Sat./ I have to call 1st for availability & then can confirm with you the reservation. The space As seen in the photos, there are different high-rise buildings in this Resort. Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with pullout couch. The bedroom features a TV, a safe in the closet, a comfortable king size bed, and Jacuzzi tub. The bathroom is roomy with 2 vanities & shower. Also included are a Washer and Dryer. If needed, for a small fee, child beds or extra adult beds are available. Guest access There are an abundance of amenities in this big and beautiful but not crowded Resort which are fully available to our guests. Handicapped access is provided. Sorry, no pets are allowed except service animals. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped (but does does not have scissors nor spices). The washer has only one detergent pack for one wash cycle. There is a gas station & supermarket nearby just North on Las Vegas Blvd. If you would like to enjoy a beautiful view, you may ask me for upper level unit availability when I register you. IMPORTANT! The cancellation policy includes an option for a 10% discount without the possibility of a refund. Because of the policy of my timeshare, I must pay 100% at the booking for you without the possibility of any refund after 24 hours. Therefore, I must require that guests choose the 10% discount option without the possibility of a refund for cancellation. Unfortunately, booking requests that do not have that option selected can not be considered. Thank you for your understanding.
