Dogwood Stay: Near the Lake

Comfy home perfectly located on a peaceful, dead-end street with public access to Doctor's Lake for kayaks, canoes and paddleboards. Master bedroom includes king-size bed, closet, dresser and private bathroom with shower. This room is a cozy hideway. 2nd bedroom is large with plenty of room to relax includes a king-size bed, dresser, closet and shares the main bathroom with tub/shower combo. 3rd bedroom is spacious and colorful with king-size bed, dresser, closet and shares the main bathroom. The space This house is less than a 5 minute drive to the local Doctor's Lake Marina. They rent boats, host a boat club (Carefree BoatClub), and have wet and dry slips at a first come, first serve basis. This rental has a big enough driveway to park a boat and trailer with plenty of space to enjoy. Guest access Guests can use entire house and yard including driveway. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to relax, unwind and decompress, but still allows for venturing out on foot in short distances to include but not limited to; ice cream, OP Fish House, Grumpy's Resturaunt, Bulkheads Taphouse and Kitchen and Urban Coffee. It is also minutes from the local Orange Park Hospital, NAS JAX and other unique Jacksonville eateries and experiences. Although not in plain sight, the property is near a train track and at times, can hear the train coming through town.
