Guest access 🔑 Exclusive Access and Guest Experience • Enjoy private access to the entire home, private porch, and exclusive use of all listed amenities • Access to the shared backyard and outdoor shower • Comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for relaxation and retreat • Complimentary off-street parking for up to two vehicles ––– Concierge services are available for an additional fee, from grocery stocking to private chefs. Other things to note 📝 Helpful Details to Know • All pets must be added to your reservation in advance so our cleaning team can prepare accordingly; a pet fee will be added to your reservation • There are 3 exterior steps to enter the home; once inside, everything is on one level • Smart keypad entry: your personalized code (the last four digits of the booker’s phone number) will be sent on the day of arrival; codes activate at check-in and expire at check-out • The backyard and outdoor shower are shared spaces and are professionally serviced weekly; service may occur during your stay • Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in comfortably (toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials) • Please, no parties or unauthorized events.
