This great vacation home in Playas de Tijuana is about 30 mins from the San Diego/Tijuana border, here you can enjoy GR8 ocean views from one of the Malecon Restaurants or enjoy a stroll on the boardwalk with a Coco Loco a Mexican style Corn, or an Ice Cream or just seat down on one of the benches and enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Playas has to offer, we are 30 min to Rosarito Beach, 40 mins to Puerto Nuevo (home of the Baja Style Lobster), and 1 hr n 30 mins to Valle de Guadalupe or Ensenada The space This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms that will sleep up to 8 people and is close to the beach, the Malecon, The Boardwalk, Multiple Restaurants (Great places to see the beautiful Sunsets that Playas de Tijuana has to offer), and of course Plaza de Toros Guest access The Entire House Other things to note The initial rate is for up to 6 people, but the house can accommodate up to 8 people with the two sofa futons in the living room! After 6 guests, the price increases by $40 per guest + applicable Airbnb fees. There is a security camera overlooking the front door of the house for your safety. Guests are asked to turn off all non-essential lights when they are in the house, as well as when they leave the house. Please wash all the dishes and pans you use. Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
