A 1960s pine cabin in Al Tahoe, two blocks from Regan beach, with a stone fireplace, four bedrooms over two floors, a game room with a ping-pong table and a console, and a hot tub on the deck under the Jeffrey pines. Firewood is stacked and included; kayaks and paddleboards are in the garage. The Heavenly gondola is a ten-minute drive, the beach a five-minute walk, Emerald Bay 25 minutes. Winter is skiing and a fire every night; summer is the lake and a barbecue every night. The cabin sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; bedroom 2: 1 double bed; bedroom 3: 1 double bed, 1 single bed; bedroom 4: 1 double bed, 1 single bed), with 2 bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a wood stove and an EV charger, and fast wifi throughout. Expect proper heating, thick duvets and a drying rack by the door. Check-in is from 4 pm with a keypad on the door; checkout is by 10 am. Parking is free at the house. Well-behaved pets are welcome (2 at most). Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am, as the neighbours live here all year. We ask for a minimum of 2 nights.
