Two private rooms with a private bathroom & small kitchenette. There is a has a TV with several streaming services. Mini fridge, coffee, and other food options are available! We are located in the middle of all the great offerings of Utah!! Ski resorts are nearby, and hiking and biking trails are all around. The kitchen, laundry, and main area are all shared spaces. The space Located in a quiet neighborhood. Places to dine, shop, hike, ski, mountain climb, and bike are only a few miles away!! Only 4 miles from American Fork Canyon. Great location!! Guest access Guests have access to Full Kitchen, Laundry Room, and fun backyard that includes a basketball court, and a trampoline. This space is shared with the two of us (Amy & Niel). We are located in Utah County which is about 30 miles away from Provo Canyon. Sundance ski resort is 30 miles away. Cottonwood Canyon (Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird) are about 45 miles away! We live 2 miles form American Fork Canyon.
