A thatched casita in a small garden off the beach road, forty steps from the sand on the quiet southern stretch towards Sian Ka'an. A big bed under the palapa, an outdoor bathroom with a rain shower, a terrace with a hammock, and the sound of the waves all night. Breakfast is brought to the terrace. The beach clubs and restaurants of the hotel zone are a short cycle north; the ruins and the reserve a short one south. Bikes and snorkels are included. The casita sleeps 2 across 1 bedroom (bedroom 1: 1 queen bed), with 1 bathroom. There is a proper desk and air conditioning in every room, and fast wifi throughout. It stays cool inside even in the hottest months. Check-in is from 3 pm with our staff, who are at the house every day; checkout is by 11 am. You won't need a car here. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 8 am, as the neighbours live here all year. We ask for a minimum of 3 nights.
