Conveniently located near I295 (2 minutes) close to the highway yet nestled on a quite street. Easy access to the hospitals, parks, a short drive to downtown Jacksonville or 28 minutes to Jax Beach. Please be aware that we do not allow pets. The space This is a 2 bed room 2 bathroom duplex. It has a kitchen and the basic necessities for your short term stay. The property backs up to a wooded and quiet area. It is minutes from I295 and the St Johns River. The property offers a one car garage and a separate driveway. The property is covered by security cameras at both entrances. It also has a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher. The next door neighbors are long term residents and have an adorable dog. Please respect the quite hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Guest access Guest access is via electronic keypad and access code is provided the day of check in. As a fellow traveler that likes their own space, I provide the same space for the guests, if for any reason you would like to reach out I live in the area and would be happy to answer any questions. Other things to note This is a quite area that serves as a great base to explore north east Florida or to receive fantastic health care one of the nationally recognized medical programs.
