The space STR-062621 Guest access Guest have access to the home and garage. Other things to note I do allow dogs (max 2) only with prior approval and $150 pet fee. No cats allowed do to allergies. The following breeds of dogs are not permitted: Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Sharpei, or other fighting breeds), Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, or any mix which includes these breeds or any other dogs with previous bite history or aggressiveness. Pets must be on leashes at all times. Any evidence of pets on furniture will result in forfeiture of deposit. Dogs will be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea & tick repellent 3 days prior to arrival and continue to treat every 30 days. I assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may occur to pets or humans while on the property. Pet owners agrees to take full responsibility of pets at ALL times. Unauthorized pets will result in a forfeiture of all security deposit, immediate eviction and loss of all rents.
