Located on 33rd floor of Waikiki city, just a few minutes’ walk to the famous Waikiki Kahanamoku Beach & Lagoon, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Shopping Mall, many restaurants , Cafes and Bars - everything is within walking distance. FREE PARKING is a Big Plus with a designated parking spot in the garage. You’ll have a great time in this brand new home with a queen bed and a sofa to stay! The space IMPORTANT MATTER of this unit: The 2 elevators are subject to NOT WORKING during bad weather/high winds and we have no control over this as this project has been overseen by the State of Hawai'i. Building will work hard to put them back to service within the next 12 hours. This condo is on the 33rd floor and we DO NOT advise any pregnant women, people with injuries/disabilities or people with infant strollers, and guests with heavy/large luggage to dwell in this unit. Minimum age to book: 18 Guest access - It's Lockbox Self Check-in and the lockbox is an open area accessible 24/7 so you can arrive as late as you may need to. The apartment door code will be provided to you one day before arrival. - Mailing to the unit is NOT possible; we apologize that we do not provide this service. - We provide 1 Large Body Towel, 1 Medium Towel, 1 Face Towel, 1 Pool Towel (Per Guest). - Linen: we are Airbnb and do not operate like the hotel so please notate that we do not replace the linen in this room and do not provide extra towels. You can refresh the towels in the laundry room located on the 3rd、4th/5th floor and detergents can be bought at the nearby ABC store. You are always encouraged to bring your own extra towels and supplies. - We also do not provide housekeeping services. - Beginning 1/1/2026, only initial mini bottled shampoo/conditioner/body wash and initial amount of toilet paper will be provided. Due to rising operating costs, guests are to supply their own refills from nearby convenient or superstores, we apologize. Other things to note Parking garage clearance is 7 feet 1 inch, and the assigned parking stall fits a standard-size car. There are ***NO BABY*** gears and supplies provided because the room is too tight to have them long term. However it is not impossible to fit them during your stay and you can rent them from BabyQuip. They have Pack N Play and many other baby necessities. Transportation and Resources: The most economic way to get to our building is by bus if you don’t have much heavy luggage and don’t arrive too late at night. It is best to take bus #20 without having to transfer. We are 21min walk or 13min bus from Oahu’s most famous Waikiki Beach. We are also 33min bus from the foot of the Diamondhead Crater hike. You can also rent the BIKI bike, use UBER, take THE BUS, or rent a car. From the building, 1. Alamoana Mall: 15min walk or 8min bus (most popular mall in Oahu, opens 10am to 8pm). 2. Target Alamoana: 16min walk or 13min bus (closest super grocery store, opens 7am to 10pm). 3. Donquiote: 18min walk or 14min bus (second super store that opens 24 hours with Asian-Japanese based produdcts). 4. Walmart: 22min walk or 17min bus (opens 6am to 11pm). 5. International Market Place: 23min walk or 14min bus (mini-mall with shopping and restaurants, also where the Waikiki Target is, opens 10am to 9pm).
