Main Beach and downtown are just minutes away, with shoreline walks, local dining, and the rhythm of a beach town that never really slows down. Sleeping arrangements This 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, 43" TV, and dresser. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, 43" TV, and clothing storage. In the living room, the sofa converts into a full futon for additional sleeping space, and a queen air mattress is available upon request. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort. Living space The living area is set up for both relaxing and staying productive. A 65" Samsung TV with cable and satellite access anchors the room, while high-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection keep things running smoothly. A dedicated workspace in a common area suits remote work or planning your next day out. For guests sensitive to nearby street activity - the home sits close to PCH in the heart of downtown - a white noise machine and ear plugs are thoughtfully provided. Kitchen and dining The eat-in kitchen is built for real cooking and easy gathering. Stainless steel appliances include a 6-burner gas range, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. A drip coffee maker, Keurig, and coffee are ready for your mornings. Cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - are included, along with dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and blender. Note: no other cooking ingredients or supplies are provided (sprays, foil, cling wrap, etc.). A dining table offers a comfortable place to enjoy meals together. Bathroom and laundry The bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. A free washer and dryer, iron, and clothing storage make settling in for a longer stay straightforward. Outdoor space A private patio or balcony gives you a perch to take in the coastal breeze and beach views. Beach essentials - towels, chairs, and an umbrella - are available for guest use, and beach access is just steps away. A private entrance with self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless at any hour. Parking and additional details One covered carport parking space is included on premises, suitable for a medium or large vehicle. The home is equipped with a split-type ductless AC and heating system, along with a ceiling fan. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front entry and carport area. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is available upon request. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Centrally located near Ralphs, THE DECK, Driftwood, and Main Beach, this condo places you at the center of Laguna Beach while keeping everything you need close at hand. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is 11AM. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key.The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. NOTE- We're in the heart of downtown next to the beach which means we're close to PCH and street noise. We provide a white noise machine and ear plugs for each bedroom for sensitive sleepers.
