Other things to note * Must be 21 or older to rent this property The HOA requirement for access to the Storey Lake resort gate and resort amenities is to enter the first and last name and cell phone number of each driver of each vehicle (one driver name per vehicle) into the resort gate system. Once received, these drivers will receive a text from the resort Gate system called SAGE to gain access to the resort for their stay. Please note, you do not have to complete the step of sending your cell phone number, however gaining access to the resort gate during your stay will be problematic and only available at manned-gated entries in the resort. We are still required to enter the driver first and last name or no entry will be allowed. Once we receive the gate information to enter, we will send the house access details for guest arrival. Pool & Spa Charges and Information: There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
