Reservations also are accepted through Tidelife Vacation Rentals who can arrange golf cart rental from vacationgear or your other preferred company. Pickleball, lots of golf, gyms, Brookgreen Gardens and the state park, shopping and delicious restaurants are nearby. The space Raised beach house with spacious areas to spread out in common areas, stylish furniture, new smart tv’s in LR and in 4 BR. 1 BR has private bath and other 2 share with adjoining BR, Jack & Jill style. Outdoor pets negotiable if they behave and stay off furniture. LR furniture is new and white. Wonderful ocean breezes outdoors and under house. Guest access Entire home and yard. Know for young children...the dock is not completely fenced at the ladder Other things to note No elevator and must use steps to access home, no gate from yard to canal so watch children and pets, furniture is white so please take care of spills and dirt, no animals on furniture or beds but outdoor medium-large dogs may enjoy being kenneled under the house and run of the beach in the mornings and late evenings.
