Common Area: • Queen Trifold Mattress stored in the 2nd Bedroom Closet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo! Other things to note - Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs. You may check in as early as 4pm and must check out by 10am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. -The pool is open from 9 am until 8 pm, from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. - The clubhouse is an easy walk up the street (0.1 miles). It is located at the end of your street, where Shooting Star Loop and Bishop Cap Circle meet. You are welcome to use the fire pit, pool, grill, and seating outside, but please do not go inside the clubhouse. - There is no RV or trailer parking per the HOA. Renters can park their trailers across the street for only $5 per day by calling & making reservations with Wolfe Creek Rentals. You need to state you are parking at the Townsend Facility.
