Welcome to Underhill Suite! Located in the Cheat Lake area of Morgantown, WV, we are close enough to Morgantown and the WVU campus but far enough away for a peaceful visit. Enjoy all Morgantown and the area have to offer and return to a spacious suite with all the amenities. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 - 8) and large living space & kitchenette provide all you need for a get-away in the woods. Surrounded by trees and more trees, you'll love staying at Underhill Suite. The space Sleeping arrangements: - 1 bedroom with king bed - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds - 1 pull out futon in living room area Living area has: - Tv and gas fireplace - Kitchenette with table with 4 chairs -- Plates, silverware with basic kitchen utensils -- Full size refrigerator -- Coffee maker and coffee -- Convection/microwave oven with cooking supplies -- Electric hot water pot -- Electric griddle -- 2 slice toaster Full bathroom has: - Shower/tub combo - Toilet and shower have a separate door separate from sink/vanity/mirror area in bathroom Gym is separate room off of living room area and has a separate tv and: - Treadmill - Exercise bike - Elliptical machine - Weight machine and free weights - Sit up bench Guest access There is a separate staircase and hallway separating Underhill Suite from the main house above. The hallway door is locked when guests are present. Other things to note We recently added a .4 mile walking path through our back woods! Turtle Trail is open to all.
