The space This delightful beach apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood just a stone's throw from the sandy shores of Milford's coastline. With its peaceful location and proximity to the ocean, this charming rental is the perfect destination for a relaxing beach getaway. Inside, the apartment boasts a comfortable and inviting living area with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine and plenty of cutlery and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a dining area with seating for up to two people. The apartment features one cozy bedroom, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample closet space. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is available for guests. One of the highlights of this beach apartment is the serene backyard, which offers a private outdoor retreat for guests to relax and unwind in. Whether you want to barbecue with friends, dine al fresco, or simply bask in the warm sun with a good book, this backyard has everything you need. We offer one off street parking stall at driveway (2nd cars need to park at E. Broadway neighbors are sensitive) Full first floor apartment; (there's a unit on the second floor, both units have private entry/ access). Apartment has a kitchenette, i.e. an electric cook top, no stove, Fridge, sink microwave, and a gas Bbq grill at deck. Home isn't in perfect condition; It is a 85-year-old beach cottage with creaky floors and some imperfections (please don't hesitate to ask questions). Main bedroom has a full size; ideal couples get away- There's sofa pullout in living room. Apartment comes with one parking stall, at the driveway- which fits midsize sedan comfortable (if you have a 2nd vehicle pls park on E. Broadway) Unless you're strong swimmers, Or adult-supervised, please do not use Paddleboard, Kayak, floatie, Boogie boards. We sanitize and professionally clean the apartment prior to stay.
