The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming space to relax and connect. The living room features a pull-out couch that comfortably sleeps two extra guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bathroom is in a very convenient spot in the house, where everyone else can easily access it. The home is also kid-friendly and located in a quiet neighborhood, making it great for families. Step outside and enjoy the pool in the backyard, surrounded by other one-story homes for maximum privacy. For added convenience, there is a garage to keep your vehicle safe. Guest access The whole house, garage, and backyard are solely dedicated to our guests. Other things to note 🔆 POOL HEATING $35/night If you’d like to have the pool heater turned on (set to 83° F), you will be able to add it to your reservation upon booking. You can let us know up to three days before your stay. If you book for a same-day reservation, please message us separately. This fee cannot be refunded once the heater has been turned on. If you are looking to swim, we highly recommend heating it between October and April. Thank you!
