70’s inspired private mother in-law suite (not in a separate building) with private entrance in a ranch home in the Bellevue area of Nashville. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/bars. Quiet established neighborhood. Fully renovated with new flooring, large closet, heated bathroom floors, travertine shower with hand held, washer/dryer. Kitchenette stocked with convection oven/microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, toaster, mini fridge, freezer, electric frying pan, instant hot water. The space Park under the carport and enter your private space through a smart lock. In the entryway are wall hooks for bags, jackets, etc. Enter the living/kitchen area to the left with a full sized daybed/couch and a dining table with upholstered chairs. Please note this daybed has a weight limit of 400 lbs!! Watch your favorite movies and shows on the wall mounted smart TV from the couch or the dining area. The bedroom is right off the living area with a large door mirror and a curtained off large closet area. There is also a smaller closet between the bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The double bed is a new Dream Cloud mattress with comfy linens and pillows. An extra blanket is also provided. The unit has a split air system which can be controlled by remote control in each room. The en-suite bathroom has travertine tile throughout with heated floors for those cold Nashville winters. A compact washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom. Plenty of storage for your toiletries in the mirrored medicine cabinet as well as a rolling three tiered cart. This is a sweet space to spend your Vacation in Nashville! We do ask that you do your partying outside the house on Broadway or the Gulch! This is a quiet neighborhood with year long residents and not the place for that. We are about a 12 minute drive to downtown and against the traffic so this is an ideal place to stay. Uber and Lyft are both available. There are also fun local spots that are within walking distance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire suite as well as one spot under the carport, the patio area with a FirePit, fountain and sitting area, and the fenced backyard. Other things to note The second full bed is the daybed/couch in the living area. It is a full size Allwell mattress. Please note it does have a weight limit of 400 lbs!! There is no stove in the unit- we do have a convection oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, air fryer and microwave. There is a security camera on the outside of the front of the main house and on the backyard side of the house, which does capture guests’ parking.
