A private bedroom with the most comfortable bed in my home. Located in South Redondo Beach. This is a short walk or bike to the beach & Strand, several restaurants, Riviera Village, and the Redondo Pier. The neighborhood is very safe and sunsets are great! The space Your private bedroom has a full size bed, dresser, matching night stand, and 1/2 of the wardrobe closet allocated to you. Guest access The kitchen (includes dishwasher), dining room, living room, bathroom, deck, and backyard are sharable. Please cleanup after yourself when cooking. There is a window A/C unit in the kitchen, which helps to cool the whole house when needed. There is a ceiling fan in the dining room, and in your bedroom. There is free street parking and the house is on a hill. Be sure to check the signs for street cleaning days and hours. During your stay I am quite familiar with the area and willing to share my knowledge and experience. I was taught ocean swimming in Hermosa Beach by my Dad as a child. I swam all the local beaches and rode my bike on the Strand during my 45 years at this location. I'll be happy to answer questions about how to get around and enjoy the whole South Bay. I don’t know everything but I can probably help to figure out what I don’t know. Other things to note I do NOT rent to guests who smoke! You must Love Dogs! I have one wonderful medium old dog that shares my home but she has not been allowed in the room you would rent. My dog Sugar likes people.
